At Annabella Fashion, every order is handled with the utmost care. Here's how to track your cash on delivery (COD) order.

After your order is confirmed, our team will contact you by phone or WhatsApp to verify your address and phone number. This step ensures error-free delivery throughout Morocco.

Once confirmed, your order is prepared and handed over to the carrier within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on your city. You pay the total amount directly to the delivery person, in cash, upon receipt of your package.
