General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These general terms and conditions govern sales made on the Annabella Fashion online store. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these conditions.

Products

Our products (premium pajamas, loungewear, and homewear) are described and presented with the greatest accuracy. Photographs are as true as possible but cannot guarantee our responsibility in case of slight differences.

Prices

Prices are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD), all taxes included. Annabella Fashion reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, with products being invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.

Order

To order, the customer provides their full name, city, and phone number. The order is confirmed after a phone call from our team.

Payment

Payment is made exclusively on delivery (COD), in cash, upon receipt of the package.

Delivery

Delivery times and costs are detailed in our Delivery Policy. We deliver everywhere in Morocco.

Withdrawal and Returns

Exchange and return procedures are specified in our Return Policy.

Responsibility

Annabella Fashion cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control.
